Do your clients KNOW you enough to know that you are their person when they need your products? Do they go back to the internet or the latest mailer when they need to buy again?
Do you think that Realtor or Lawyer struggles with keeping the clients that they have? Of course not. They are known in their industry to be the person to go to, by the people that went to them.
When someone asks you if you know a good realtor or lawyer guess what? They will regularly recommend the person that that the "Know".
